I am on my fourth week of P90X, which is my recovery week. This week consists of Yoga and Core. Yoga is one of my favorite workouts to do. I'm psyched and ready for it. I think I am going to add cardio to the first yoga workout. I know I am able to do more.
I am feeling better and showing improvements since starting P90X. Since starting P90X I am showing improvements in strength, balance, durability, flexibility, and I have been learning a lot more.
I admit my diet should be better, but surprisingly my will to stay away from bad foods has been better than I thought. For instance when my family and I were in the car going back home they wanted to get McDonald's but I said that I would wait to fix something when I got home instead.
I still need to figure out what foods I need or want to eat, for optimal health and fitness. I want to see if I can become a flexitarian, a person who eats mostly vegetarian foods. I have to start researching that more.

P90X So Far...
It's been a while since I've posted anything on my blogger. So a little update for you guys.
On Christmas I got P90X and started it on the 27th and now I am on day 9 Plyometrics.
I have found out that I like yoga. Yoga will make you sweat like crazy, I had no idea that that would happen. I was surprised about yoga, and in a good way. It was hard. And I love it!
On my first rest day I had mcdonalds and soda. I am regretting that choice ha. But hey, we all make mistakes.
It is all a learning process for me. I do need heavier weights though. I only have two tens. Eventually I will buy heavier ones.
To me so far Plyo is the hardest workout for me. It is so much impact and it lives up to the word extreme.
Well I gotta go.

Getting back in!
Well its been a while since my last post.
So I thought it would be a good idea to tell you what I've been up to.
So the week of Thanksgiving I decided to stay with my grandparents.
And it was fun, up until I found out that my great uncle had passed away.
Then when we all sat down for thanksgiving I had to give my grandpa cpr.
He had what was called 'Sudden Cardiac Arrest'...It was scary.
I really thought he was going to die. But I don't want to get this blog post a depressing mood.
So today I have decided to get back in it! And that experience has made me extra motivated to stay healthy and promote good health to everyone.
I really want to get people motivated to introduce everyone to Beachbody.
The new year I am starting P90X. My Coach has already started so I am going to be behind...Darn You Mike Lloyd! haha.
Well I'll get there. Okay, well that's all.

I think I sold Shakeology?
So today I think I sold a bag of Shakeology. I say that I think because the person that said they are buying it didn't message me back. Ha ha. But I mean that's okay I am sure I will hear from them later on.
The thing that I have learned so far is that you have to be patient and you have to ask yourself if you would buy what you yourself is selling. Would I do business with myself? I answered yes.
Tomorrow I am meeting up with my friend and upline sponsor, Mike Lloyd also known as bbcoachlloyd.
He is the reason I am here with beachbody today. We are going to discuss all about beachbody. My business kit comes in on the 14th, that's the estimated time. I can't wait to get started on that. As soon as we go over things and my kit comes in Mike is going to get a interview started up. Then we can get that out of the way and we can really get things moving.
Well that's all I have for now.

First Post
This is my first post so go easy on me. : )
So to introduce myself, my name is Zachary Walls and I just signed up as a Beachbody Coach two days ago.
On November 6th, 2010. So far its just been a learning process, I have been watching the videos getting on the Coach forums, and some other things to get more familiar with the coaching life.
Today I have learned a bit more and I am more comfortable with myself coaching than when I first signed up.
My goals as a Beachbody Coach is to go as far as I can in this business.
I signed on so I could help people, its not just about the money its for my fitness as well as others.
I understand that its a struggle with the economy, getting healthy, times are tough I guess.
I can't say I know a lot I am only 18 I still have some learning to do, but I know that I work hard and I don't give up.
That is why I think that I would make a great coach, I come into this business at 18, I am motivated, inspired, and I'm ambitious. I love learning and I love improving everyday.
I am glad I took this step into the business and I am glad I took this leap for my life.
I don't have a job, I don't have much money... Fifty bucks. haha. But I decided to take a chance, so I am hoping things work out.
Well that is my introduction, more blog posts to come.
